The motivation for this work was due to suggestions from the research teachers, who detected a gap in the planning of practices, feeling the need for shared planning with the various actors involved in the teaching-learning process in practice settings, teachers, students, managers, health professionals and users, bringing these partners to the educational institution, making them part of the process.
