The tourism and Hospitality industry is a service industry and with a multitude of business activities which aim at satisfying guests. It's a friendly and generous industry that make guests, visitors and strangers feel at home while away from home. Longhorn (2004) described hospitality as both a product and a service and thus the service cannot be separated from the product itself. Guest satisfaction is not only derived from the valuable service extended to them because of their money but also the general treatment that's full of respect, recognition and worthiness accorded to them during their stay makes the difference.
