Automating human resources management

The human resources information base of a company currently available in most HRM packages is mostly limited to primary accounting information only. Also HR management systems do not cover as many areas of the HR department, do not contain such a wide range of functions and do not provide a full-fledged web-based experience. This paper proposes a new approach to improving the management of information about the personnel composition of the organization through the use of a problem-oriented data registry; developed a method for selecting candidates for a vacancy based on the application of mathematical apparatus of genetic algorithms; considered the method of integration of problem-oriented data registry, designed for personnel accounting organization, into the existing corporate information system of the enterprise.
