During these 30 years, several researches have emerged regarding the field of digital marketing.In addition, several researches have emerged regarding technology and new consumption habits and user experience. This with the main purpose of knowing consumer trends and what advances can be implemented to improve the experience. Currently many companies have sought to innovate their online business to attract more customers and more and more importance is given to update web platforms. Among the new trends of 2020 in terms of digital marketing are mainly voice search and chatbots which are used to give quick and concrete answers providing additional information to the customer about the products or services offered.
