This action research was to identify the efficacy of the developed innovative instructional material that can be used by the primary level pupils in learning the English language. The said materials are developed and conceptualized based on the need of the teachers in facilitating learning in English language and pupils in learning and understanding the said subjects, most especially the primary level pupils as the focused learners of the materials being made in this new normal setting of education. The said materials are technology-wise material where there are exciting activities that will help the learners to have an interest and learn more in English language. The innovative materials are timely to our situation right now in the field of education since this may be done independently by the learners and become part of their daily lesson, enrichment, and intervention program in English language. This also served as guide to the future researcher in developing action research in Reading.
