Governing Equations in Homogeneous Continuum Mechanics (HMC)

At the beginning we will characterize several concepts with large specification in order to estimate - Why differences in physical and mathematical representations, descriptions, models for physical phenomena on different scales in books and articles on physics are so significant? Firstly, we will again emphasize that - only the acceptance of homogeneity of medium in which the processes interesting for us take place, gives the right and possibility to derive the governing equations by the Gauss-Ostrogradsky (GO) theorem. All other types of media morphology - as Heterogeneous Continuum, media with morphology on atomic scales - in atomic physics, and media with morphology on sub-atomic scales 10^(-11) - 10^(-17) [m] also in normal consideration have two or more phases (ether and at least one particle phase) and therefore also are Heterogeneous.
