This academic and professional thesis is based on the notion of collaboration through new business tools, the place of knowledge in the company and the importance of the values it leads to. Indeed, in its digital transformation project, EDF seeks to increase the productivity of its employees through the use of collaborative tools in order to be more responsive to customer needs and competition. This experience allowed me to familiarize myself with the aspects of change management in particular.
