Six Soul-Exercises
The name "soul-exercise" describes the character of these exercises, for through them an opening to the soul-mysteries occurs, as well as a natural perception out of the soul. The soul is invisibly hidden in the innerbody ; it rests behind the busy and tense drive of the everyday. Yet the more deeply our attention and interests connect with the perceptions of the inner world, the more a path of access is paved to the great world-mysteries.
