Healthcare Management in COVID-19 Times

World Health Organization (2021) reveals that COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted essential health services in 90% of countries. WHO argued at the end of the first year of the pandemic outbreak, a substantial disturbance of main healthcare services provision in all over the world. As a result, different countries have deployed a lot of efforts towards effective mitigation of healthcare services and resources' disruption. Many countries have developed operational communication strategy to alert the public about changes of medical services delivery and about their behavior to reach safely healthcare services. Thus, health professionals and managers are facing a lot of decision-making problems.WTO (2021) reported that the majority of countries have recruited additional health professionals to reinforce healthcare workforce.
