In the academic world, knowledge is only valid, fundamentally, because of the previous knowledge on which it is based. According to this principle, this sum of information should be available and accessible beforehand to be a source of new knowledge production; and in our case it should be so to be valued. What we note notwithstanding in the academic productions (theses, dissertations, articles, files ...) is the scarcity (if not the absence) of the productions of Senegalese researchers in the bibliographies, which greatly impacts the reputation and visibility. Even online, it must be recognized that scientific knowledge from West Africa in general and Senegal in particular (better than many other countries, however) is underrepresented. Our work deals precisely with the difficulty of access to the scientific production of Senegalese private universities, its visibility, and a lack of valorization of the latter.
