Europe after Maastricht
"Europe after Maastricht" is the outcome of some collective reflection done at the European University Institute after the conclusion of the Treaty on European Union. Legal scholars and political scientists took part, each dealing with aspects of the Treaty closest to their own specialization, while maintaining contact and benefitting from the exchange and confrontation of ideas. This resulting collective work is a good example of what can be done in a multi-national, interdisciplinary institute like this one in Florence.
