This book is the result of the keynote lecture given at the International Virtual Seminar "Design and Development of Educational Services: International Educational Systems" organized by the Master in Senior Management of Educational Services (MADSE) of the University of San Buenaventura, Colombia, 2021. The Cuban Educational System and institutional evaluation, a topic of current relevance and unquestionable significance, are discussed here.
