This project is carried out within the framework of a project of end of studies of the National School of Commerce and Management of Oujda, Option Marketing and Commercial Action. Several people and organizations contributed to its realization, in particular in the realization of the survey thanks to the various answers and proposals provided to answer the questions which constitute it. The results of this survey, as well as the different books, sites and memoirs have contributed greatly to the construction and finalization of this work, but also to the success of my pedagogical process in 2006.
