Always a vibrant and charismatic live performer, this 1993 concert will surely rank as one of his finest from any venue and captures B.B. King right at the top of his form with a superb backing band and a great set list. It all goes to show that B.B. King is still the King Of The Blues. Geburtstag gefeiert und eine Benefizveranstaltung für Unicef durchgeführt. Eingeladen waren unter anderem der frühere Bluesbreaker- und Rolling Stones-Gitarrist Mick Taylor, der in sechs der 19 Stücke zu hören ist (Eric Clapton spielt auf acht der 19 Nummern), sowie Posaunenveteran Chris Barber. Für Liebhaber des Blues gibt es wohl kein spektakuläreres Ereignis.
