The history of pedagogy in general has always demonstrated the interest of human beings in analyzing that which is inherent to them: education. And the fruit of this analysis is the emergence of pedagogy itself. In the Bolivian case, the figure does not vary, there are many national and foreign intellectuals who have studied it, analyzed it and from there proposed or suggested significant transformations. Among them we find, to name a few, Simón Rodríguez, Juan Bardina, Franz Tamayo, Eugenio D'Ors, Carlos Medinaceli, Elizardo Pérez, Tristán Marof, Mariano Baptista Gumucio. But all these efforts suffered the same fate: forgotten and not at all valued.
