The Influence of Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment

Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitments are essential components of the organization which help them to handle globalization and global recession. Many researchers are interested in analyzing the engagements of the employees at work and their Organizational Commitment and the results of their study is also evident that Employee Engagement has positive relationship with organizational performance.The factors influencing Employee Engagement in NBFCs are examined through Saks (2006) Model and its impact on various dimensions of Organizational Commitment is studied through Meyer & Allen's (1991) Models. In addition, the effect of moderator variables like, Gender, Age-Group and Experience on Employee Engagement and Organizational Commitment has been studied. Conceptual Model of the research has been tested using SEM Approach and it has been perfectly matched here.
