A large percentage of the world population is affected by a high risk of diseases associated with nutrition, and these diseases are growing exponentially. Compared to developed nations and low-income countries have shown more devastating scenarios as lack of Among non-communicable diet-related diseases, obesity is a significant health issue and a key trigger for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and stroke, and certain forms of cancer. According to a recent report from World Health Organization (WHO) and the American heart association (AHA), cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death and physical deformities worldwide, and obesity is a critical factor in CVD. Overall, obesity indulged in reduced quality of life and poor work performance. Studies worldwide demonstrated that obesity had grown into a global health issue affecting developed and developing nations. However, recent findings showed a dramatic rise in obesity in low-and middle-income countries, mainly urban areas. Obesity is now considered a growing public health issue associated with increased morbidity and mortality and increased social-economic costs.
