EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS:

The study set out to study examined the Rewards Systems and Employee Performance in Kenya commercial Bank in Juba South Sudan. This study was prompted by declining employee performance and increased cases of strikes in Kenya commercial Bank in Juba South Sudan. The study was guided the three objectives and grounded by victor gloom theory. The objectives were investigate the influence of Financial rewards system; the effect of Non-Financial and Rewards and establish the influence of rewards management procedures on Employee performance in Kenya commercial Bank in Juba South Sudan. The study adopted design a cross sectional and correlation and mixed method for data collection from a total of 64 research participants of the bank. The quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and presented in form of charts, graphs and frequency tables and content data analysis for qualitative data. Pearson correlation technique and regression analysis were used to test the hypotheses and to establish the causal relationship between the variables. The major findings of the study were: Financial Rewards, Non-Financial and Rewards management.
