Annona squamosa, a well known plant all over the world with edible fruits. Various parts of this plant especially leaves are known to possess many medicinal properties which were selected for further work.This book contains invitro antioxidant activity perfomred by DPPH, Nitric oxide radical, Hydroxyl radical scavenging assay and Reducing power assay and results were assessed from percentage of inhibition. Invitro and invivo nephroprotective activity of Annona squamosa leaves against Paracetamol, Gentamycin and Amphotericin B. Results were analysed from various parameters such as cytotoxicity and cytoprotectivity for invitro, serum, tissue antioxidant parameters and histopathological studies for invivo. All the results showed protective effect of Annona squamosa leaves.
