We are confronted with a "War of the Minds" made up of various propaganda. Our purpose is not to counter propaganda, but to handle our "cerebral tool" by understanding how it works through a psycho-neurological approach. To political representations, it associates a psychoanalytical truchement felt with a scientific neurological knowledge without ambiguities. To leave rationality by integrating the immateriality of the intuition is considered today as a subversive act, whereas it constitutes the basis of the deep reflection, involving the unconscious processing, which is a multitasking thinking machine and a receiver of integrated quantum cosmic incidences. At the same time we evoke our approach consisting in computer modeling the mental mechanics, not so that it supplants itself like the AI, but in the perspective of bringing an assistance to the thought in progress. The basis of the thinking being the association of ideas, the application manages ideas wanting to express with different words, the same multidimensional "hologram of the REAL", of which the different ideas are the attributes.
