To be an effective leader, a school head must employ the best type of management style to ensure quality performance. It is also stated in Chapter 1, Section 7 (e) par. 3 that consistent with the national educational policies, plans and standards, the school heads shall have authority, accountability and responsibility in managing all programs, projects, activities and services of the school.
