Marketing is in continuous evolution and transformation as a consequence of technological advances. This study is intended to be located within a descriptive-correlational design with the objective of analyzing some of the digital tools offered by digital marketing to carry out e-commerce during and post pandemic period and determine the importance of its use in SMEs in Hermosillo, Sonora. The main results of this research, show some factors associated with the importance of digital tools offered by digital marketing to carry out e-commerce during and post pandemic period to help determine the importance of its use in SMEs in Hermosillo, Sonora.
